New search tools: Strict search

We've added a new "Strict search" toggle to keyword filtering. When enabled, your results will only include opportunities that contain your search terms, while still being smart about it.

Strict search allows for natural language variations, so "management consulting" will still find "management consultancy". But it won't return loosely related matches like "managing the team, consulting on" that can clutter your results.

Use it when you need precision without losing relevant opportunities to minor wording differences.
