Weapon Sight 1 - The Authority requires a Medium Wave InfraRed (MWIR) thermal sight at Technology Readiness level 7 (TRL 7) for the L115 A4 Sniper Rifle.
It should be noted that for LOT 1 there is an anticipated initial order quantity of 16 units with future options. NOTE:

Weapon Sight 2 - The Authority requires a Long Wave InfraRed (LWIR) thermal sight at Technology Readiness Level 9 (TRL 9) for the L115 A4 Sniper Rifle as a replacement for the in-service Sniper Thermal Sight.
