Teagasc Agriculture & Food Development Authority is seeking to engage a
Works Contractor and PSCS to undertake the replacement of the existing teak
windows at the Johnstown Castle site with new Aluminium windows and liners.
The works will be carried out in a phased basis with sectional completions to
minimise disruption to the existing labs which will be kept live during the Works.
The Contractor will be required to undertake the role of Project Supervisor
Construction Stage and must be competent to undertake this role in accordance
with the Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006.
The labs will remain open for the duration of the works - these must be
accessible at all times.
The contractor must be competent in managing works within a live environment
leaving all areas clean and fit for purpose at the end of every working day.
