Galway Mayo Institute of Technology requires the provision of a comprehensive,
high quality, flexible and responsive catering service. Customers of the service
will be students, staff and visitors to the Institute. The Institute expects the
service to incorporate continuous development, improvement and innovation. It
is essential that this activity is self-funding.
While the period of the contract awarded will be for one year commencing on 1
September 2015, it is envisaged that, subject to satisfactory annual reviews in
May of each year, the contract will be extended annually for up to three further
periods of one year, thus terminating on 31 August, 2019.
