This is an invitation to participate in a Technical Dialogue Procedure in relation to the provision of a Benefits Technology solution for the Central Bank of Ireland.
The Bank wishes to understand and assess the solution options available in this area. It is anticipated that the solution will include the following:
• A Benefits Administration Portal (to be provided by the Vendor) accessible by staff members that displays up to date benefits content as well as providing the facility to apply for these options
• The ability to link to different benefits providers to provide details of staff members who wish to avail of published benefits
• The ability to link to the Banks’ Payroll function with details of the benefits that have been applied for so they can be deducted from payroll
• A support model that underpins the above and which provides for an excellent user experience
The purpose of this request is to establish the types of standard Benefits Administration solutions that are available to the Bank and the indicative costs of these solutions.
