Fingal is Ireland's second largest county and in 2016, revenue spending by FCC
is budgeted to total €215 million. In addition, the Council has a capital budget of
€240 million over the period to 2018. This spending delivers critical services to
citizens and enables economic development and investment throughout the
county. In addition, the expenditure impacts of Council spending are an important
stimulus in the local economy. Fingal County Council is now seeking to engage
consultants to assess the economic impact of this spending.
