HealthTrust Europe is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the supply of general urology equipment and consumables including but not limited to: urine drainage bags, catheters, catheter trays, urometers, drainage and accessories. It is envisaged this tender will consist of two lots with an award of up to six suppliers per lot who can offer a breadth of goods. Lot 1 consists of four subproduct groups: Group A: drainage and accessories, Group B: catheters, Group C: urometers, and Group D: catheter trays/packs. This lot will be awarded to the six tenderers whose tender is most economically advantageous. This contract will be for 2 years with an option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months each. Terms and conditions/activity based income (ABI) The terms and conditions of this framework agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE.
