NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) has a requirement for leadership, management development and training providers/associates to support the delivery of a broad range of learning and development programmes including interventions for front line leaders through to Executive Directors to be delivered as part of a new talent management system branded as “Shine”, which is an ambitious people strategy, designed to provide an integrated and systematic approach to talent and leadership development aimed at changing behaviours and attitudes, at individual, team and organisational level. This requirement is for the provision of Learning and Development Consultants to work in partnership with NHSBT, Learning and Development Team. This will involve working with staff at all levels. Expressions of interest will be welcomed for one of more of the following elements: • Option 1 – Delivery and facilitation of a range of ‘Soft’ Skills, Diversity and Leadership Development programmes. • Option 2 – Delivery and assessment of ILM and or equivalent accredited management development programmes. • Option 3 – Delivery of ICT application training. Essential criteria in this instance will include: • summary evidence of Level 3, behavioural change, evaluation, following the delivery of a relevant programme. • evidence of belonging to a professional body or organisation. • For Option 2, appropriate accreditation is essential. This contract will be available for use by other health and social care organisations in the UK subject to the agreement of NHSBT.
