Lot 2 – Digital Marketing Services
This tender is to award Framework Agreements for the procurement of Lot 1 Advertising Media Planning and Buying services including Digital Marketing services and Lot 2 Digital Marketing Services. The prime aim is advertising campaigns focusing on the London area but also the UK nationally when required and in regional areas e.g. relating to Tate Liverpool, IWM Duxford or The National Railway Museum York ( part of The Science Museum Group ) and also the British Library Business and IP National Network in a number of cities in England. In addition some campaigns may need the option of international advertising both offline and online including the ability to advertise on social media website.
The British Library is leading a collaborative procurement with DCMS ALB’s and the Museum of London. The primary organisations expected to utilise this arrangement as Contracting Authorities are:
The British Library
Victoria and Albert Museum
Natural History Museum
Imperial War Museums ( IWM ) ( including IWM London, IWM Duxford, Churchill War Rooms, HMS Belfast and IWM North )
National Portrait Gallery
The Museum of London
for the provision of media planning and buying services including digital marketing services and digital marketing services only.
It is intended that similar organisations (primarily DCMS publicly funded museums, galleries and libraries) will be permitted to also use the Framework Agreements if they so choose.
