NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) has a requirement for leadership, management development and training providers/associates to support the delivery of a broad range of learning and development programmes including interventions for front line leaders through to Executive Directors to be delivered as part of a new talent management system branded as “Shine”, which is an ambitious people strategy, designed to provide an integrated and systematic approach to talent and leadership development aimed at changing behaviours and attitudes, at individual, team and organisational level. This contract will be available for use by other health and social care organisations in the UK subject to the agreement of NHSBT. The provision of a Senior Leaders Development Programme, targeted at high performing leaders with the potential for future assistant and executive director roles. This will be the ‘flagship’ programme within the framework, providing a future pool of top talent for NHSBT. To achieve this objective we wish to contract with an organisation with the ability to meet certain essential criteria which includes the following • A track record of delivering a development programme at Executive Level (case studies will be required to evidence such experience) including evidence of level 4 evaluation; organisational impact/results. • Membership of professional bodies (e.g. ILM, CIPD). • Evidence of an appropriate Quality Assurance Framework in place for Learning & Development.
