The scope for the provision of multi services reactive maintenance is summarised as follows:
i: Emergency demolition; roof repairs; carpentry repairs, including door & window replacement; Glazing work; plumbing work (e.g. repairs to leaking radiators); electrical work (e.g. repairs to exposed/cracked sockets & light fittings); drainage work (e.g blockages); brickwork, e.g. re-pointing; internal/external decorations; associated specialisms, e.g. such as mechanical & electrical engineering type works.
Activities that will not be covered by the multi services responsive maintenance element of the contract include:
ii: Work with Asbestos; Boilerplant (e.g. installation, servicing & maintenance); Gas services; Kitchen Equipment (servicing and maintenance); Fan convector heaters (servicing & maintenance); stage lighting (e.g. testing); pottery kilns (servicing & maintenance); Lifts & hoists (installation, servicing & maintenance); Intruder alarms (installation & maintenance); CCTV systems (installations & maintenance); Sewage pumps (installation, servicing & maintenance); Portable appliance testing, and periodical inspection & testing of electrical installation in buildings.
This contract is being undertaken through Alito and responses must only be submitted via the system. Hard copies will be rejected.
