Transport Services Branch (TSB) of the PSNI is seeking to establish a call-off arrangement for the supply of nearly new vehicles. Following an evaluation process, as detailed in the tender documentation, PSNI intend to appoint a minimum of 3 companies to a select list (Appointed Companies). Each time a requirement is identified these Appointed Companies will be contacted with a request for pricing.
The Contractor must provide a single point of contact for dealing with any communication with PSNI during the Contract term. If that point of contact changes during the lifespan of the Contract, PSNI must be informed immediately. Details of an escalation process for dealing with any issues arising during the life of the contract must be provided following award of contract and updated as required.
