Translink is the brand name for the public transport group of operating companies of Ulsterbus, Northern Ireland Railways, Citybus, and Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company wish to engage a supplier who can produce and deliver non-electronic pre-printed (non-personalised) travel passes.
The travel passes should measure 86mm wide, 54mm high and have a standard depth of 1mm. The material should be 760 Micron Plastic.
The travel passes will be printed with pre-designed artwork and will be produced in bulk as they are non-personalised (i.e. contain no customer details at point of production by the supplier)
Applicants should note that experience within the field of pre-printed travel pass (flash passes, non-electronic) stock production is essential.

The contract will be for a period of three years with 2 options for extension – each option being a period of 1 year.
The anticipated commencement date is March 2012.Translink is utilising an electronic tendering system to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued and it is intended that all communications with Translink including the submission of PQQ and Tender responses will be conducted via www.e-sourcingni.bravosolution.co.uk.
Unless stated otherwise in these Instructions or in writing from Translink, all communications including queries from Applicants and any PQQ amendments from Translink during the period of this procurement exercise shall be submitted through and published via the online messaging facility provided on the e-sourcing NI portal (see “Messages” section).
