project_13758 - Loughs Agency – Provision of HR Support Services
The Loughs Agency is seeking to engage an experienced contractor for the provision of HR Support Services. The contract will commence in January 2014 and be awarded for 4 years.
The contractor will be required to provide qualified and experienced HR professionals to work closely with the Loughs Agency on a range of its HR requirements: -
1. The contractor must provide a HR Manager who will be responsible for carrying out the HR requirements of the Agency and;
2. The contractor must also provide a Deputy HR Manager to ensure continuity of service in absence of the HR Manager.
The HR Manger and Deputy HR Manager must become familiar with the Agency’s unique role, structure and posts. While regular attendance at the Agency’s sites is a requirement, it is envisaged that most of the work can be carried out remotely hence; the contractor will be required to sign a contract agreeing that all Agency records will be treated as confidential and will be stored securely. Information considered being too sensitive for electronic communication will be transported by courier or registered post.
