The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations or individuals to carry out a Fundraising Feasibility Study.
The Council (RBKC), as the Contacting Authority, intends to carry out an Open Procedure to award the contract to One Provider on behalf of the following Participating Council owned venue:
• Leighton House Museum
The Council is planning a major capital project at Leighton House Museum to refurbish the parts of the building that were added in the twentieth century creating new visitor facilities, display space and to complete the restoration of this exceptional historic building. The Council will commit 50% of the total cost of £5.4 million on the basis that a fundraising campaign will secure the matched amount.
The Council wishes to commission a Feasibility Study for the fundraising campaign that will test out the case for support with potential funders and establish an outline strategy and resource plan for the campaign.
The Tender will be run electronically using the CapitalEsourcing e-Tendering system.
Tenderers must ensure they adhere to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) Instructions and guidance notes provided when submitting their Tender.
