Social Media Monitoring Tool with Consultancy:Our primary objective is to be able to fully measure, analyse and understand what is being said or talked about online with specific regard to our brand, schools, departments, activities and services.It is our intention to expand our use of the social media monitoring service and tool-set overtime as we evolve King's use of such tools. Initially we will require access to real-time information in easy to read reports that are readily available to use. In due course, we will expand use to include data analysis that informs our activities and aids planning.Ultimately we need services to aid the development of brand and communication strategies, and be able to use the data to analyse communication effects and influences.To achieve this, we wish to procure the following:— A monitoring tool to be used in-house for the daily gathering of social media intelligence and issues management.— The services of social media consultancy to provide analysis, reporting and issues management support.
