The Royal United Hospital, Bath is a 650 bed district general hospital serving a population of 500,000. It is based on a 53 acre site in the Combe Park area of Bath. The Estate is made up of 64 separate blocks that range in age from the 1700?s up to the present date.


As part of our continuing programme to reduce the Trusts carbon footprint we are looking to replace the current street lighting heads for energy efficient LED powered heads. Please note that the Trust has purchased the LED powered heads, the contract is for their installation and the disposal of redundant materials.
The outline scope is to disconnect, remove and replace 159 free issue street lighting heads throughout the RUH Site. Of the 159 heads, 22 columns are twin headed fittings.
