Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust (BSUH) currently has HR and payroll departments. Departments are located across multiple sites throughout Sussex. Departments include, HR services, Payroll, Medical HR, Personal HR and Occupational Health. Approximately 2500 documents are processed each month. Documents are in various formats including paper and electronic documents.

BSUH is seeking an HR document management and workflow solution that can dramatically reduce the operating costs associated with a manual based process that is reliant heavily on paper. BSUH seek to achieve improvements in business process control, efficiency, document visibility and reduced storage costs. The chosen solution must be scalable with the capability to extend into additional business areas to address business wide document management and workflow requirements including Digital Mailroom, Accounts Payable, and general archive and workflow solutions.
