The following is provided in good faith and is intended only as a preliminary background explanation to the Translink Group's requirement; it does not purport to be all inclusive.
Translink wishes to appoint a Graphic Design service provider with the appropriate ability and capacity to provide services in relation to corporate branding, interior branding/signage, livery development, publications and any other design requirements which may arise. The successful supplier will provide Translink with a dedicated core team who will develop an in depth understanding of the client’s requirements; if necessary this team may be supplemented by additional resources. The contract consists of 2 lots; interested parties may apply for either or both of the lots. This will be a call-off contract; services will be availed of at Translink’s sole discretion. Translink reserves the right to conduct any of this work in-house. The contract will be for a three year period with one option to extend for a period of one year.
The anticipated start date is Quarter 3 2012. Dates may be subject to change.
The Translink Group reserve the right to accept part of any Tender from one or any number of Tenderers and may change the contracting strategy at any time.
