The contract is for the provision of The London Borough of Hillingdon's Financial Management Information System; the Council expects to be provided with a high quality solution to enable a web based budget management tool and integration with LBH's financial system Oracle R12.
The Council expects the chosen supplier to have the highest technical and customer service standards along with the ability/willingness to use their technical and industry contacts to work in true partnership with the Council.
Service will be a critical element within this project and clear evidence will be looked for that you have the resources in place currently to deliver this service as well as a clear strategy for maintaining such level of resources.
Clear evidence will be expected that your service desk and associated processes are adequately resourced to deal with a contract of this scale and that the relevant processes are in place to ensure that a high level of technical expertise is made available to the Council when needed.
Quality is of overriding concern to the Council given the criticality of the equipment and services under this contract to the Council as a whole and this expected in all area of services and proposals provided to the Council.
