The Supplies and Services Division, Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client Department for Social Development (DSD) is inviting tenders from suitably experienced service providers, to provide Benefit Uptake Advice service.
This contract will involve the delivery of the Benefit Uptake Programme which includes 3 exercises. In order to increase the numbers of clients claiming social security benefits and the amount of benefit being paid, the Social Security Agency would like to commission an organisation to provide information, advice and assistance to clients in line with this Benefit Uptake Programme, targeting approximately 19,000 clients.
