The Contract is for the provision of an Architect led fully integrated Design Team Service.
The Employer has engaged the following services for the Project (in advance of this procurement);

•CDM Co-ordinator- WYG Management Services (NI) Ltd
•The purpose of this procurement process is to successfully appoint an architect led Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) who will develop the Employers Requirements (presently developed by others to RIBA Plan of Work 2013 Stage 1 - Feasibility) through all remaining RIBA Plan of Work 2013 design and construction / delivery stages including:
Stage 2 Concept Design, Stage 3 Developed Design, Stage 4 Technical Design, Stage 5 Construction, Stage 6 Handover & Close Out and Stage 7 In Use.
The architect led ICT will continue to develop the design proposals for the scheme throughout each of the RIBA Plan of Work 2013 Design Stages ensuring full compliance with the agreed Employers Requirements. This service will include the progressive development of the scheme proposals to a stage where a formal Planning Application can be lodged. The ICT shall also develop the scheme progressively and provide all required information for the preparation of Tender Documentation for the successful appointment of a contractor and in addition shall also undertake to monitor the full construction programme and defects liability period on behalf of the Employer. This monitoring role shall also include the provision of a Supervisor appointment in accordance with the conditions of the NEC3 ECC form of contract) for the duration of the construction programme and defects liability period, in order to ensure full compliance with the agreed Employers Requirements.
