Applications are invited from Contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion on a Select List for:
• Cuilcagh Mountain Path Marble Arch Caves Global Geopark.
Companies based in Northern Ireland wishing to be considered for inclusion on a select list to be invited to tender must be Construction Line registered and companies based in the Republic of Ireland may apply by using the Construction line Addendum which is in the PQQ package. Companies must be capable of delivering all aspects of the works including that undertaking the role of Principal Contractor in accordance with the CDM Regulations 2007.
This contract involves the construction of a 1.5mile (approximately) timber boardwalk. This contract is labour intensive and the use of mechanical machinery will not be permitted. This is due to its remote location in order to ensure that the environment is protected and to conform to statutory limitations and conditions of planning. The estimated value of contract is approximately €220,000 or sterling equivalent.

Completed PQQP’s should be returned to The Acting Chief Executive, Townhall, 2 Townhall Street, Enniskillen BT74 7BA in a plain sealed envelope marked “Select List application (PQQP) – Cuilcagh Mountain Path for Fermanagh District Council at the Marble Arch Caves Global Geopark” to be received before 2.00 pm on Wednesday 21st May 2014.
