Applications are invited from contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion on a Select List for:
Construction of Cycle Trail and Footpath at Castle Archdale which is situated in the Marble Arch Caves Global Geopark (Job Ref 1415–027)
Those wishing to be considered for inclusion on a Select List to be invited to tender must be Constructionline registered – Civil Engineering- General, Building – General, Civil Engineering- Landscaping and be capable of delivering all aspects of the works including that undertaking the role of Principal Contractor in accordance with the CDM Regulations 2007. NEC3 Short Contract will be used.
This Contract involves the upgrade of cycle trails and footpaths installation of site furniture etc. The Contract is along pre-existing footpaths/cycle trails in a woodland area, there will be some restrictions in the size of mechanical machinery which can be used on site to ensure that the environment is protected. The estimated value of the contract is approximately £38,000.00 sterling and the contract is anticipated to last approximately one month in duration.

Completed PQQP’s should be returned to The Acting Chief Executive, Townhall, 2 Townhall Street, Enniskillen BT74 7BA in a plain, sealed envelope marked “Select List Application (PQQP) –Castle Archdale Forest ” to be received before 2.00pm on Friday 6th February 2015.
This project is funded under the Border Uplands Project (BUP). The BUP is a cross-border, tourism development project, between the Irish Central Border Area Network (ICBAN), Fermanagh District Council, Cavan County Council, Leitrim County Council and Sligo County Council. The Project is funded under the European Union’s INTERREG IVA Programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
