This is a proposed new regional framework agreement for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Commercial Catering Equipment. This equipment is used in high output catering areas, primarily in hospital and residential canteens and kitchens.The type of equipment to be considered includes high output cookers, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, fridges, freezers, servers, refrigerated display units, ice machines and water boilers. Also for consideration is ancillary equipment such as blenders, fryers, boiling kettles, soup wells, slicers, mixers and rotary toasters. This is not an exhaustive list. Items may be added or removed following Pre- Market investigation.
