Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council (‘The Councils’) are seeking to establish a select list of providers for the removal, transportation and storage of cadavers on behalf of the HM Coroners.
The Councils objective for this procurement is to create a select list of formally pre-approved suppliers, who will be available to the HM Coroners across Leicester City and Leicestershire County and who between them can provide full geographical coverage across the County and City.
A bidders event will be held at Anstey Frith House, Leicester Road, Glenfield, Leicestershire, LE3 8RN on 25/02/2016, at 16:30. Parking is available onsite, please follow the signs to the registry office car park upon arrival.
The purpose of this event is for the Councils to share information and guidance with providers, interested in submitting an application, on the approved list and the application process. It is recommended that first-time applicants or those requiring additional help with the submitting of their application online attend.
