Brighton & Hove City Council are tendering for a contract for the supply, installation, servicing and repair of Warden Call system equipment throughout the council's sheltered housing schemes, of which there are currently 23 schemes. The new contract will start circa 1.2.2018, with a term of 4 years and an option to extend the arrangement for an additional 2 years. This will provide an opportunity to seek improved value for money, reliability and a better service for residents. Bidders must be Tynetec approved installers and will need to demonstrate evidence of recent Tynetec installations.
