Description:
Description:
The project involves the stripping-out and removal of asbestos containing material [ACM] within the loft space of Bath and Wessex House. Other material to be removed includes non-ACM that is also contaminated and a full environmental clean of the entire loft space to full four-stage clearance.

The intention is to eradicate the present asbestos contamination in the loft space. The work will include stripping out and disposing of the ACM, and other contaminated elements within the loft space, and a full environmental clean to ensure that the loft is fully free of asbestos contamination.

It is anticipated that access across the loft space is not inhibited. However, the construction of vertical fire breaks, which extend up from the upper side of the ceiling to under the roof may mean that some breaking through is necessary to facilitate access across the roof space

The Contractor will be required to be fully licensed to carry out the work and use only fully trained operatives.

The Contractor is to carry out all work ancillary to the works including ?
? Air lock
? Air handling
? herras fencing and lockable skip
? All welfare as required
