The services to be provided are:
(i) Media Planning and Buying to support a Fire Safety Media Campaign. The
indicative spend of the campaign is €248000 excluding VAT. The campaign is to
run from October 2015 to April 2016.
(ii) Media Tracking and Audit Verification - the Media Campaign in it's entirety and
all it's activity should be verified by independent tracking sources. The objective is
to achieve maximum exposure for the campaign, deliver value for money and
negociate the best possible terms. The tenderer should possess extensive
knowledge of existing and new types of media and the utilisation of these media.
The theme for the campaign will be confirmed at a later stage.
