Clare County Council wishes to procure an Architect - Led
Design Team for the design of a new Central Library in
Ennis (Clare Cultural Centre).
The brief proposes to locate and develop a new central
library incorporating a local studies centre, head quarters
and gallery on the site of Glór in Ennis, Co Clare. The
central library will serve the population of Ennis and its
hinterland, an estimated 30,360 people in 2012. It will be

Proposed new floor area = 2,321 sq meters approximately
