The objective of this RFT was to invite proposals from suitably qualified service
providers to provide an Integrated Pension Management System and Payroll
Services for the provision of approximately 70 staff.

Date of contract award: 09/12/2016 for one year with option to extend for further 2 years
Value of contract: Estimated total value is €170,370 for three years.
Award criteria and weightings: The contract was awarded from the qualifying tenders on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender using the following award:
1 Range and depth of previous relevant organisational experience and quality and level of staff resources (Max. score= 20)
2 Technology and tools to be applied to the service (Max. score = 10)
3 Understanding and demonstrated ability to meet the requirements as specified in the tender (Max. score= 30)
4. Cost Max score = 40
To be considered for selection, tenderers must attain a cumulative score of 45 or above for criteria a, b and c.
